Meet Our Team

Chris O’Dell, Financial Advisor

Chris, founder and owner of GreenWealth, is a native of Greene County and has worked in the financial services industry for 30+ years. He has been a Financial Advisor for the majority of that time. Chris received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from East Tennessee State University. Chris married his wife Andrea in 1994, and they have two sons and a daughter. He enjoys spending time with family, working on the family farm, running and biking.

Prior to GreenWealth, he was a co-founder and co-owner of Cornerstone Wealth Management for 6 years. Chris also worked with Edward Jones and other corporate wealth advisors.

Lori is fully licensed and has worked closely with Chris O’Dell, servicing their clients and building client relations for the past 15+ years. Lori has a
passion for empowering and engaging women in finance. She has lived in Greene County since 1984 and is married to Sonny. She loves spending time with her children and grandchildren and enjoys traveling, swimming, hiking, and biking.

Nelson O’Dell, Financial Advisor

Nelson O’Dell graduated from East Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance, concentrating in corporate finance and investments. He has been with the team since 2017. He is a native of Greene County. Nelson married his wife, Makia in March of 2023. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and most anything outdoors.

Bailee Weems, Receptionist

Bailee Weems, our receptionist, graduated from Walters State with her associate degree in business administration. She is continuing her education at East Tennessee State University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She is a native of Greene County and she enjoys spending time with her family.

Tim Landeck, Administrative Specialist

Tim Landeck began his career in finance in 2014 after serving 8 years in the Army. Tim uses his vast knowledge of finance to support our advisors in servicing our clients. Tim married his high school sweetheart in March of 2013. He takes joy in
traveling and has been fortunate enough to travel to most of the US as well as abroad. Tim also enjoys everything water including fishing, boating, and kayaking.
